On the Garmin website they want $89.00 for this product so the value here at Amazon is awesome. Thought that I would have to pay alot of money when this broke on my boat but once again the power of the internet has saved me. The product does exactly as it is described and functions without having to buy any additional products if you already own a compatible Garmin GPS/Fishfinder unit. The Garmin 178C is the GPS/Fishfinder that is use this transducer for in my boat.

Extremely easy installation. Also see my review under GSD 21 Sounder. Forgot to mention they power a Garmin GPS 535.

thought this was all i needed to hook up my Garmin Fishfinder, but you have to buy the power cord too for another $20,
